After a recent interview of Makhadzi with MagG and Solomzi went viral, where Makhadzi stated in that interview that she got the money to travel to United States for BET Award from the loan shark (machonisa), the public was not happy at all, they say that The National Department Of Sports, Arts and Culture didn't show support to Makhadzi in her recent trip to BET Award in United States whilst she was representing South Africa as whole. Watch the interview with MagG below.

The National Department Of Sports, Arts and culture denies allegations that The Department did not show support to Makhadzi in her recent trip to BET Award in United States. The DSAC says they strongly rejects the assertion that it has not supported Makhadzi, The DSAC says that over the past 14 months, Makhadzi has been booked by The Department of Sports Arts and Culture to perform in several national engagements, receiving over 230 000 Rands. The DSAC issued a statement regarding that matter.

However Queen Makhadzi denies everything that is said by the Department of Sports Arts and culture in that statement. Makhadzi went live on Facebook addressing that matter, she said she did not want to put the DSAC in boil water with the public when she said that she got money to travel to united state from Loan shark, she says she was just telling the truth. Makhadzi denies receiving R230 000 that the department mentioned in their statement, she says that she never received more than R150 000 rands from the Department for bookings, the highest amount is R100 000. She says that after getting the nomination for BET Award, she only got one booking from the Department which paid her R80 000 of which she going to leak POP (Proof Of Payment)

Makhadzi says the Department of Sports Arts and culture should not try to look good in public eye's by manipulation her fans, she did not receive money from the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture to go to United States to represent our South Africa. She believe that The Department is giving people money using her name and that they must publish the names of people who are being funded by the Department of Sports, Arts and culture.
